The cheese factory "Koryfi" was operated by K. Fragiadaki Antonis the 1974 in the village of Galia in the Prefecture of Heraklion. The production of cheese products was done in a traditional way. The 2006 A state-of-the-art production and standardization unit was created. The goal of our cheese factory is to create with our innovative equipment products of excellent quality.
