Aged gruyere with garlic is produced in Crete and contains mainly sheep's milk from selected flocks of mountainous Crete.
The particularly aromatic Cretan thyme added to the cheese gives it a special character and goes perfectly with the aromas of gruyere.
Combine it with white wine from Roditis and accompanied with Cretan rusks, olives and olive oil.
