GRUYERE THYME

Graviera with thyme is produced in Crete and contains mainly sheep's milk from selected flocks of mountainous Crete. The particularly aromatic Cretan thyme added to the cheese gives it a special character and goes perfectly with the aromas of gruyere.

Combine it with white wine from Roditis and accompanied with Cretan rusks, olives and olive oil.
