GRUYERE

Greek gruyere of superior quality is made only from Greek sheep's milk that comes from flocks of mountainous Crete. Matures for at least three months and is packed airtight to maintain freshness, moisture and its characteristic taste.

Graviera is slightly salty and has medium sweetness. Its taste changes with maturation time.
