Dairy Innovation Awards 2023: The institution that highlights the innovation of the dairy industry

More specifically, Award in Dairy Innovation Awards 2023 extracted by companies: BizTEC, G-LOGICAE, INOX DESIGN KATERIS S.A., LidlHellas & Co., MIK3 SA – MEVGAL SA, DELTA Food, OMIROS DAIRY INDUSTRY and ANTONIOS FRAGIADAKIS SONS.

The evening, as always, culminated in the presentation of the big awards of the year, Of GrandAwards, where the INOX DESIGN KATERIS emerged Supplier of TheYearand DELTA Food emerged Dairy Company of The Year.

It is a great honour for me to chair the jury composed of distinguished academics and industry professionals. The highly developed- and in our country- The milk sector is nowadays called upon to face important and complex problems. From lack of resources to increased production costs and the consequent increase in dairy prices, The milk sector is called upon to maintain consumer preference for dairy products. At the same time, it must develop and serve sustainable operating and development strategies. In a constantly changing production and marketing environment, milk and dairy products have an important place both because of their nutritional value and their contribution to the Greek economy. The Dairy Innovation Awards come to reward remarkable efforts of milk professionals and enhance the visibility of the sector. The non-competitive part of the evening ended with the awarding of honorary awards for Dairy Innovation Awards 2023, where the Professor Dimitra Chouchoula, Associate Professor, Department of Science & Food Technology University of West Attica, Director of the Quality Control Research Laboratory & Food and beverage safety, παρέλαβε τιμητικό βραβείο για την εφαρμογή μοριακών τεχνικών στο τομέα του γάλακτος και ο Professor Emmanouil Anifantakis παρέλαβε τιμητικό βραβείο για την προσφορά του στην προώθηση της Ελληνικής γαλακτοκομίας.
