WHITE CHEESE 'KORYFI’

The white cheese TOP’ made exclusively from 100% Greek, Pasteurized, sheep and goat milk. The milk we use comes from sheep and goats fed by the particularly fine flora of the wider area of Messara.

Its taste is sweet, sour, and slightly spicy. It matures for at least two months before being on your table.
