Mizithra is a traditional cheese made of 100% Cretan sheep and goat milk. It tastes sweet and is rich in protein. This cheese is ideal for dietary nutrition.

Served as a dessert, plain or with honey, nuts or jam. It is also used as a filling in traditional "Kaltsounia" and in various Cretan pies.
